2. Separate Application, Application Fee & Deposit required for all non-married adults living in property. 

3.  Pay the application fee: $40 per married couple and $30 per individual (application fees are non-refundable):

4.  Please click on the link below to complete a rental application.

5.  The last 30 days proof of income is required in order to process all applications.  Recent pay stubs or LES can be faxed to (254) 699-7084 or emailed to Brenda@lonestarrealty.net in order for processing to occur. *Military Personnel:  Please be sure to convert LES from My Pay to a PDF file when transmitting.  Links will not give the staff access to the needed information.  

6. Our office is required to make a copy of your valid driver's license before keys can be given for move-in. Copies can be received during the application process, but an official copy must be made by a member of our staff for verification. 

7. Picture of pets occupying property must be submitted with application to include description of breed, age and sex.
