account using a credit card or ACH debit from your bank account through
Payments Service Network (PSN). This is a unique service only available to our
residents.
We offer this link as a courtesy. Lone Star Realty
does not own PSN, and therefore is not responsible for payments that are not
processed correctly by you or the service provider (PSN).

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
Payment Service Network (PSN) will require you to enter your credit card or bank
information and the address for your payment to be applied to. A small
convenience fee will be added to the amount you pay. When our office receives the payment,
we will credit the payment to your account. When using PSN, be sure to enter
your email address in order to receive a confirmation email/receipt of your
payment. Our office does not retain any of
the service fees associated with using PSN.
SERVICE FEES:
There are two types of ways you can pay online through PSN: (1)
Credit/Debit Cards [$11 service fee] and (2) Bank ACH Debits
[$1.50 service fee, need your Bank Account # & Routing # which can be found on
your checks].
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
PAYMENT CAPS:
- EXAMPLE: $300 Payment + $11 Service Fee = $311 Total Charged
to Card
- This is a payment to PSN,
but your
credit card statement will show "LONE STAR REALTY 877-3907368 TX" with the
amount of your total payment. Lone Star Realty will only receive the rent
payment and the
convenience fee will be retained at
PSN for processing the credit card payment.
- The maximum transaction amount for a
credit card payment is $886. In order to make a payment larger than
$886, you
must make 2 separate transactions. REMEMBER, an $11.00
convenience fee
will incur PER TRANSACTION.
- EXAMPLE: You need to pay $1,500 towards your rent

Transaction: $866 Payment + $11 Service Fee = $877 Total
2nd Transaction:
$634 Payment + $11 Service Fee = $644 Total
TOTAL
PAID: $1500 Payment + $22 in
Service Fees = $1,522
BANK ACH DEBITS
PAYMENT CAPS:
- EXAMPLE: $300 Payment : $1.50 Service Fee = $301.50 Total Charged
to Bank Account
- The maximum transaction amount for a
bank ACH payment is $1383. In order to make a payment larger than
$1383, you
must make 2 separate transactions. REMEMBER, a $1.50
convenience fee
will incur PER TRANSACTION.
- EXAMPLE: You need to pay $1,500 towards your rent.

Transaction: $1,383 Payment + $1.50 Service Fee =
$1384.50 Total
2nd Transaction:
$117 Payment + $1.50 Service Fee = $118.50 Total
TOTAL
PAID: $1500 Payment + $3
in Service Fees = $1503
RECURRING
BILLING/AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:

**Please
remember to dis-enroll yourself from PSN’s automatic payments program before
the end of your lease. In the case that you no longer rent with Lone Star
Realty, but are still enrolled with PSN and monies are taken out of your
account – Lone Star Realty will reimburse you for all monies owed (net of
any debts owed us), however we are not responsible for any NSF, overdraft, or
late fees that you might incur due to this transaction. When you register
with PSN it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are completely dis-enrolled
from the automatic payments program once your lease expires or choose to no
longer rent with us.**
